Ujjwala Sanitary Napkins to be manufactured at 9 Jana Seva Kendras in Khurda
Khurda: As part of a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative by the Petroleum and Skill Development Ministry, Ujjwala sanitary napkins will be manufactured at nine Jana Seva Kendras in Khurda.
The scheme will be officially inaugurated by Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on December 30. Information about the scheme was shared by the district Nodal officer at a press conference organised by Somnath Gas Agency today.
According to the nodal officer, these sanitary napkins will be available at 864 Jana Seva Kendras in the district. The napkins will be manufactured at Jaydev Vihar, Bharatpur, Raghunathpur, GGP Colony, IRC Village, Naput and Balugaon.
According to sources, a set of 8 sanitary napkins will be available for Rs 42.
