Bhubaneswar: The Crime Branch (CB) of State police today nabbed two more officials for their alleged involvement in police constable recruitment examination paper leak case.

According to sources, the arrested officials have been identified as Boudh ASI (wireless) Satyanarayan Das and steno at Sashastra Sima Bal (SSB) chairman’s office Sankar Sethi.

Earlier CB had arrested six persons, including four police officials, for their alleged involvement in police examination paper leak case.

The arrested police officials were Odisha Havildar, Sepoy and Constable Mahasangh secretary Kishor Kumar Mohanty, Bhubaneswar 7th Battalion sepoy Dinesh Kumar Pradhan, driver Biswa Ranjan Muduli and Koraput OSAP 3rd Battalion sepoy Bibhu Ranjan Muduli. A candidate Mrutunjaya Mansingh and another person Biswajit Mohanty, both from Cuttack, were also arrested.

Notably, Odisha Police State Council Board, which was conducting the test, cancelled the exam and rescheduled it to be held on April 5.
