Two killed, three injured during blasting of hill

A man had allegedly planted detonators to blast the mountain to collect stones at Padibhata village. As the detonators went off, stone pieces flying from the spot fell on the five persons passing through the hilly road, police sources said.

While two of them died on the spot, three others sustained serious injuries and they were being treated at Kalyansinghpur public health centre (PHC), the sources said adding investigation into the incident was on.
