All District Collectors and SPs are attending the joint meet, which will focus on evaluating the implementation of government schemes at the ground level, improving public service delivery, and reviewing the State’s law-and-order scenario. Discussions will also cover revenue administration, inter-departmental coordination, and performance of welfare programmes.

This joint conference follows the schedule earlier notified by the General Administration and Public Grievance (GA&PG) Department, which had announced November 18 for the District Collectors’ conference and November 19 for the combined Collectors–SPs meeting.

The review and deliberation sessions will continue over the next two days, with a detailed agenda being taken up department-wise. The conference is part of the government’s continuous effort to streamline administration and ensure effective delivery of welfare initiatives to citizens.
