Two BJD groups clash in Odisha’s Jajpur district

Jajpur: A clash erupted between two groups of BJD workers at Khilipankha village during the visit of Korei MLA Ashok Bala on Saturday.

The MLA had reportedly visited Khilipankha to lay the foundation stone of an overhead water tank in the village when the clash erupted.

As per reports, the incident took place when both the groups of the party took out two separate rallies and tried to show off as to who is closer to the MLA.

Meanwhile, both the groups have reportedly lodged police complaints in connection with the incident.
