Rourkela: Two youths were arrested for allegedly recording and circulating obscene cd of a minor girl at Rajgangpur in Sundargarh district. Sundargarh superintendent of police Sanjay Arora said the two accused identified as Md Arman (18) and Md Zaheer Ansari (26) alias Babal were arrested from Jamshedpur on Sunday night and brought to Rajgangpur for interrogation.

The arrest was made after the father of a 15-year-old girl lodged a complaint alleging that a CD with pictures of his daughter in an obscene position had been distributed by some youths in the market.

The main accused Md. Arman lured the school going girl on the promises of marriage and had a physical relationship with her. With the help of Ansari, Arman took photograph with her and started blackmailing the girl and her family.
