Rourkela: Two women of a family were killed when a passenger train hit them when they were crossing the track near Vedavyas area of the city while crossing the track, GRP sources said.

The women, identified as Mathia Devi (65) and her daughter-in-law Sanjukta Devi (35), were returning home after paying darshan at Siridi Saibaba temple when they accident occurred. They were knocked by Nagpur-Tata passenger train near the temple.
