Three students hurt in detonator blast

Of these three students the condition of Ranjit Santa, who was said to be critical, has been admitted to Nabarangpur hospital. Other two injured students – Lipun Bhatra and Binaya Panka are undergoing treatment at Umerkote hospital.

According to sources, out of anxiety the students brought some explosive materials from a stone quarry nearby. While trying to connect with detonator, the explosion occurred, said sources.
