Rayagada: Tension mounted at the district headquarters hospital (DHH) here on Thursday after one Rashmi Ranjan Khatua died due to alleged medical negligence.

As per reports, Khatua was rushed to the DHH at around 10 AM today after he complained of respiratory problems. Later, the attending doctor reportedly told Khatua's relatives to get an ECG done immediately but the concerned staff allegedly delayed the test.
