Bhubaneswar: Tavasya Venture Partners has signed an agreement with Tourism Department of Odisha Government to develop, maintain, manage and operate the Panthanivas at Dhenkanal and Taratarini for 30 years.
 
The lease cum development agreement was signed by M R Patnaik, Director Tourism, on behalf of the state Government and Motiprakash Rath on behalf of Tavasya Venture Partners Pvt Ltd here recently, a company release said on Monday.
 
The Panthanivas at Dhenkanal having 8 rooms, a conference hall and a beer parlour located on NH 55 (Dhenkanal bypass) is almost midway between Bhubaneswar and the industrial hub of Angul, it said.
 
This is going to cater to the requirements of the commuters from Bhubaneswar to business centres like Angul, Sambalpur and Raipur.
 
Once developed the general public of Dhenkanal and employees of various nearby industries will get a place with playing facilities for children, hygiene and proper ambience to spend their leisure time and weekend.
 
Tourists for Kapilash, Joranda, Saptasajya will get affordable accommodation with lush green surrounding, modern equipment and ambience, it said.
 
In case of Taratarini having 4 rooms situated at the base of a blue capped hill and on the banks of river Rushikulya in Ganjam district will provide affordable accommodation, hygienic food and scenic beauty to pilgrims and tourists.
