Rift intensifies within BJD's Koraput district unit

Koraput: Rift intensified within the Koraput district unit of the BJD after block president of the party Saheb Khila openly lashed out at senior leaders of the party who are in charge of the district affairs.

Khila threatened that he will resign from his post alleging that he has been sidelined by the party.

Khila also alleged that leaders of BJD are taking advantage of the candidates who are willing to represent Koraput Assembly seat.

"I am not happy with the way I am being treated by party leaders. I have been sidelined completely and not involved in the major programs of the party. Many BJD workers are being exploited by top leaders of the party," said Khila.

On the other hand, Korpaut district BJD president has refused to comment on the issue.
