Rath Yatra: Puri King launches Lord Jagannath’s website

Puri: On the auspicious occasion of ‘Nabajauban darshan’, the official website of Puri Srimandir was launched by Puri Gajapati Maharaja Dibyasingha Deb today.

The devotees can get complete information about Lord Jagannath and his sibiling deities and other rituals of the temple from the website Shreejagannath.in.

“Currently, information on the website is available in English language only but we have plans to upload it in Odia, Hindi and Bengali languages soon,” said Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) chief administrator Pradipta Mohapatra.

Mohapatra further informed that the website has been launched after in-depth research on rituals and festivals.

SJTA officials informed that soon other features including crucial information and services related to devotees will be uploaded on the website.

“We want to introduce several online services for devotees after fixing prices for them,” Mohapatra added.
