Plane skids off runway, all on board safe

The six sit aircraft carrying only two pilots and a co-pilot lost its control and could not land in the scheduled place.

Police said that the plane which took off from Ranchi had landed at the Tanto airstrip in Badbil at around 3.30 pm. Since it could not land at its scheduled area, the plane could not be controlled fall into a nearby drain after crossing the runway limit. The front portion of the plane was partly destroyed due to the accident.

However, the three pilots were found to be safe. No comments were available from their authorities in this regard.
