In a significant development in the sensational murder case of BJP leader and senior advocate Pitabas Panda murder case, fresh revelations have emerged from the chargesheet, pointing to new twists in the investigation.
According to details accessed from the chargesheet, investigators have uncovered crucial links related to an alleged objectionable photograph involving a woman and arrested former MLA Bikram Panda. The document reportedly mentions that questions raised by Bikram Panda’s counsel, advocate Deepak Pattnaik, regarding the controversial photo link have also been incorporated into the chargesheet.
Sources indicate that the seizure memo prepared during the course of the investigation contains references to the same objectionable photo link. Furthermore, a witness statement recorded before the court has directly brought the alleged photo link into focus, adding another layer of complexity to the case.
The inclusion of these details in the official chargesheet suggests that investigators consider the alleged photograph and its circulation as a potentially significant aspect of the motive behind the murder.
OTV has accessed exclusive documents related to the case, which shed light on these critical findings and are expected to intensify legal and political debates surrounding the high-profile murder.
As per reports, it has been mentioned in the chargesheet, "That Pitabas Panda has got some objectionable photographs and one pen drive containing the same of Bikram Panda with one lady and indirectly threatening Bikram Panda to make it public, and the same photographs were seized and kept in record."

Pitabas Panda had threatened Bikram Panda that these photographs would go viral on social media. Pitabas was also telling that he will ruin the political career of Bikram Panda. He was also openly challenging the associates of Bikram Panda to tell their leader about it. Bikram Panda was afraid of Pitabas."
The claims have added a fresh layer of mystery and raised questions about key evidence mentioned in the chargesheet.
