The Odisha Secondary School Teacher Eligibility Test (OSSTET) for 2025 has been formally scheduled for January 20, marking an important date for teaching aspirants across the state. Authorities have announced the detailed timetable, offering candidates a clear structure for planning their preparations.
Two-Session Examination Pattern
The OSSTET will be conducted in two separate sessions on the same day.
Paper–I is set for the morning, running from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM, giving candidates a two-and-a-half-hour window to complete the test.
Following this, Paper–II will take place in the afternoon from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM, maintaining the same duration.
Online Applications Open Until January 17
The application process begins today and will remain open until January 17, 2026. Candidates must complete their submissions online, ensuring accuracy and timely payment to avoid any last-minute complications. The digital-only application format aims to streamline the process and make it accessible for all eligible aspirants.

Admit Cards from 10 January 2026
Candidates will be able to download their admit cards from January 10, 2026, onwards. They are advised to keep a printed copy ready, as it will be mandatory for entry into the examination hall.
