Odisha youth brutally murdered, body abandoned

In a shocking and tragic incident, a youth was brutally murdered in the Chhatrapur area of Ganjam district late on Thursday night. The victim, identified as R. Raja Rao, was a resident of Aruguni village, falling under the jurisdiction of the Chhatrapur police station.

Reports suggest that unidentified assailants murdered Raja Rao in the dead of night, before abandoning his lifeless body behind a chicken shop near the Rikapalli Gate. The body was discovered early the next morning by local residents who immediately alerted the police about the gruesome find.

Upon receiving the distress call, police swiftly arrived at the scene, recovered the body, and have since launched a full-fledged investigation into the incident. The body has been sent for a post-mortem examination to determine the exact cause of death. Authorities have confirmed that all necessary forensic procedures are being carried out to help uncover the truth.
