Traditional Processions
As part of the observance, Radha Damodar were seated on a decorated palanquin and taken around villages in a procession before devotees engaged in playing colours. The tradition drew participation from residents across age groups.
Holi is widely regarded as an occasion when differences are set aside. It is customary for revellers to say, “Bura na mano, Holi hai,” while applying colours, symbolising goodwill and harmony.

Alongside the celebrations, residents are advised by experts to exercise caution while playing with colours. People are encouraged to use organic or natural colours instead of chemical or synthetic varieties and to ensure that young children were kept away from harmful substances.
