Among the directives is achieving the ‘Odisha Vision 2036-2047’ goals within the next two years, with a focus on building a prosperous Odisha (Bikashita Odisha) with a 500 billion-dollar economy, ranking among the top five developed states by 2036.
Officials have been instructed to fill all government positions within two years, identify and take action against corrupt, inefficient, or irresponsible officers, and ensure all official notices and communications are issued only in the Odia language.
From the Secretariat down to the block and tehsil levels, officers are advised to use social media extensively to hear and resolve public grievances promptly.
The Chief Minister has also directed regular monitoring of various projects and encouraged officials to personally review citizen issues to ensure effective governance and timely problem-solving at every administrative level.
As part of the 15-point agenda, District Collectors have been directed to fast-track key administrative and development-related processes to reduce procedural delays. The Chief Minister also stressed the need for time-bound implementation of decisions, particularly those linked to investment proposals and public service delivery.
Another key component of the directive relates to human resources within the government. The administration has been instructed to take concrete steps to fill vacant government posts within the next two years.
