Odia actor-comedian Salil Mitra critically injured in road accident

Keonjhar: Popular Ollywood actor-comedian Salil Mitra suffered critical injuries in a road mishap today near Ghatagaon College square in Keonjhar district. The actor has reportedly fractured his leg.

As per reports, the accident occurred when a herd of cattle suddenly came in front of the actor's car in which Mitra was travelling along with three others . Subsequently, the vehicle overturned after the driver lost control of the four-wheeler leaving the actor injured.

Later, some locals rushed the actor and others who were inside the car to a nearby hospital. As per latest reports, the actor will be shifted to SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack for further treatment, as per doctor's recommendation. Three other persons travelling along with Mitra are reportedly safe.
