Newspaper owner appears before CBI

Bhubaneswar: Santosh Kumar Pandey, owner and editor of Mumbai-based newspaper UT Mirror, today appeared before CBI here for questioning on his alleged link with Seashore group.

Till the last report came in, the questioning of Pandey was going on.

Prior to this, he had also appeared before the Central probe agency on the same count. Sources said there were financial transactions between the newspaper and the chit fund firm.
