Naveen seeks Manikeshwari blessings before campaigning at Kalahandi

Kalahandi/Bhubaneswar: While all the political parties have rolled up their sleeves to intensify campaigns on the last day of campaigning for first phase polls in Odisha, Chief Minister and the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) supremo Naveen Patnaik has been campaigning for party’s Lok Sabha and assembly candidates in Kalahandi district for the second consecutive day today.

Before beginning the campaign Patnaik visited Manikeshwari temple at Bhawanipatna here and took blessings of the Goddesses.

Sources said, as per the schedule the party president will address public meetings at Anlabhata, Jaipatna, Tulapada and Lanjigarh areas respectively.

“I have just come to take darshan of Maa Manikeshwari. We will do a great deal for the Kalahandi people,” said Patnaik.
