The incident traces back to September 28, when prominent businessman Shivlal Jain was found dead in what initially appeared to be a road accident near the BDCC Bank Square in Titilagarh. However, subsequent investigations have revealed that the incident was not an accident but a premeditated murder.

According to police sources, the alleged mastermind behind the killing is rival businessman Ankur Agrawal, who has already been arrested. Investigators believe Agrawal orchestrated the entire conspiracy, making the incident appear as a road accident to mislead authorities.
