Gunupur: Subhashree alias Mili Panda, wife of top naxal cadre Sabyasachi Panda will have to be behind the bars at least till October 25. A fast track court in Gunupur today while admitting the bail plea of Mili Panda decided to hear her appplication on next Tuesday.

Mili Panda was produced in the SDJM court on Friday. The court rejected her bail plea. Mili in her application has accused that the state government was unnecessarily vindictive towards her. While being shifted to the Gunupur jail from Jharpada jail in Bhubaneswar on Friday, Mili had complained to the media that she was unlawfully taken on remand by Gunupur police under pressure from the government despite the Orissa High Court quashing legal proceedings against her in the lower court. Mili asked why she qwas earlier taken obn remand if any cases were pending against her.
