Cuttack: Results of matriculation Supplementary examinations-2013 in Odisha, which ended yesterday, are likely to be announced in the second week of July, said Board of Secondary Education (BSE) president D P Nanda.
 
The examinations for both Regular and Ex-regular students ended without any major untoward incident reported from any of the 271 centers where the examinations were conducted from June 11.
 
Nanda said the evaluation of answer sheets would begin on June 26 and We are hoping to make the results out before July 15, so that the successful students without losing a year could go for their higher education from August.
 
This year, nearly 60,000 students had wished to write the Supplementary examinations. But as reports pour in, a little less than 55,000 students wrote their papers.
 
Sources further informed that nearly 2000 students were booked for malpractice as they were found using unfair means during the examination.
