Bhubaneswar: Results of the class 10 examination will be declared by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) on May 6 at 10.30 am. A formal announcement in this regard was made by the board today.

Officials said the results will be declared at the board office in Cuttack in the presence of School and Mass Education minister Devi Prasad Mishra and department secretary Usha Padhee.

The officials added, the results will be available on seven websites along with the board’s official website www.bseodisha.nic.in. These websites are www.prestigeresults.in, www.knowyourresult.com, www.indiaresults.com, www.exametc.com, www.bharatstudent.com, www.jagranjosh.com and www.orissaresults.nic.in. Candidates need to log on to any one of the website to access their result. Candidates have been advised to fill in details like roll no to know their result.

Besides, the candidates can also get their results through mobile message services.

To facilitate candidates about the results, the board has also opened helpline numbers. These are: 0671- 2412049, 2412060 and 18003456722.

In case of any discrepancy in the marksheet, the candidates can apply online by 12th of this month, stated officials. The aspirants can collect their certificates and marksheets from respective schools on May 15.

As many as 5,92,000 students have appeared for the annual examination which was held between February 23 and March 9.
