Malkangiri: In a shocking incident, red rebels on Tuesday killed two village guards under Maliguda police station suspecting them police informers. The deceased have been identified as Manik Khil of Handikhil village and Jagabandhu Khil of Jodaamba village, police said.

According to Malkangiri SP Akhilesh Singh, the rebels had kidnapped nine villagers last night and so far released five persons.
