Rourkela: Left wing ultras today spread terror on the Odisha-Jharkhand border with the killing of two residents of village Panchapeya lebelling both as police informers on the last day of the two-day shut down call given by the Maoists. The two villagers have been identified as Bijaya Dhanua and Mahaveer Mahato. The Maoists have demanded that the two state state governments should desist from establishing the proposed CRPF camp on the border of the two states.

Police sources said that both Bijaya and Mahaveer were earlier arrested for their allged nexus with the red rebels. The duo had been released on bail. High alert has been sounded after the gruesome killing of the two by the Maoists.
