Landmine recovered in Odisha

Berhampur: Security personnel on Saturday recovered a landmine from a road near Gajalabadi, about 120 km from here in Ganjam district, police said.

The landmine, suspected to have been planted by Maoists, was detected during a combing operation by the security force. "The combing operation in the area has been intensified following the recovery and will continue for some more days," police said.
