Kidnapped minor girl rescued

Jajpur: A minor girl, who was allegedly kidnapped from her house at Jajpur Road last night, was rescued from Belabahali area in Keonjhar district and the abductor was arrested today, police said. The girl was abducted when she was alone in her house near a by-pass of the municipal town on Sunday.

The abductor was identified as Butu Dehury (48) and the girl was handed over to her parents, police said. The residents of Dihasahi villagers in Keonjhar district found a middle aged man tonsuring head of a minor girl head in their village last evening. Suspecting the motive of the man, the villagers locked him up before informing the police.
