Cuttack: Justice Pramath Patnaik, additional judge of Orissa High Court, was transferred to Jharkhand High Court, sources said on Wednesday.

Justice Patnaik would join the duty by Dec 29, they added.

With this transfer, the number of judges of Orissa HC has fallen to 20.

Notably, on September 24, Justice Patnaik was sworn in as the additional judge of Orissa HC.
