Bhanjanagar: An injured hyena which created havoc in the villages sorrounding the Bhanjanagr north reserved forests was today found dead near the main canal at Kumpapalli. Forest officials went to collect the body of the hyena on being informed by the villagers.

The dead hyena bore serious injury marks over its body. Even its tail was missing. The hyena had attacked, Govind Nayak, resident of village Kumpapalli some days ago.
