IAC activists arrested

Bhubaneswar: The ongoing protest against corruption and black money in Delhi led by India Against Corruption (IAC) front leader Arvind Kejriwal echoed in the state capital as IAC activists staged demonstration near Master Canteen here on Sunday. Nearly ten IAC activists were arrested by the police while trying to gherao Naveen Nivas.

The activists in hundreds arranged a rally in the morning with shouting slogans and placards against corruption and black money stashed abroad. Police arrested some agitating members while they tried a similar rally towards Naveen Niwas.

Some other members who escaped the police near Master Canteen and reached Naveen Niwas to stage demonstration in front of it were arrested by the police.
