Gunupur(Rayagada):It will not be easy for Subhashree alias Mili Panda, wife of top Maoist cadre, Sabyasachi Panda, to come out of jail so soon despite the state high court quashing the legal proceedings in the Khurda lower court for another criminal case is still pending against her in Rayagada. The case has been pending since 2003 and the Gunupur police has already taken her on remand. Mili has been shifted from the Jharpada jail in the state capital to Rayagada jail. According to the police, acting on a tip off, the Rayagada police on January 15, 2003 raided a naxal camp in the Kutinguda forests under Gudari police station. The police had the information that the Maoist camp was being organised under the leadership of Mili Panda. Mili, however, was able to flee the camp before the police reached the hideout. Now Mili has to face trial in the case.
