Govt Employees ‘properly’ executing 5T & Mo Sarkar to get 20% weightage

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has decided to accord 20 per cent weightage to its employees for their performance in the implementation of CM’s 5T model of governance and Mo Sarkar initiative.

As per the official notification, the government employees' performance in the implementation of 5T and Mo Sarkar will reflect in their Annual Performance Appraisal Report (PAR).

This decision of the Odisha government will be applicable to the employees of departments which are implementing the Mo Sarkar initiative, including the  All India Service (AIS) officers.

"Government employees will be accorded a 20 per cent weightage for their performance in the implementation of 5T charter. Out of the 20 per cent weightage, 5 per cent will be assigned in respect of performance under Mo Sarkar initiative," read the notification.
