Future of Plus Two Student in dark due to ‘mistake’ by college authorities
Kendrapara: Future of a Plus Two student is in the dark because of negligence and careless attitude shown by authorities at M.V college of Madanpur in Kendrapara.
Monalika Rout, who had appeared for Plus Two examinations under CHSE(The Council of Higher Secondary Education) this year is still waiting for her results as the Council has said that they have not received her registration form from the college.
According to sources, Monalika had submitted the form but she didn’t receive her admit card. Later, a duplicate admit card was issued to her sans her photograph. She was also allowed to write all her papers.
“I was allowed to write the examinations without a photo on the admit card but my results are not published yet. After I approached the Council, they said that they never received my form, ” said Monalika.
Admitting the mistake of the college authorities Principal-in-charge, Indubhushan Khandai, said that it could have happened because of a mistake.
“Her form was sent to the Council but admit card didn’t come. It could have happened because of a mistake. Once the college principal comes back we will take his advice and take the next step,” Khandai said.
