Fake candidates held during Army recruitment in Odisha

Paradip: A total of seven fake candidates were arrested while appearing for an interview during a recruitment drive conducted by the Indian Army in Paradip today.

As per reports, the fake candidates were caught by the Army officials during certificate verification at Gopabandhu Stadium.

The arrested persons allegedly produced certificates mentioning that they were residents of Nayagarh, despite being natives of Uttar Pradesh.

During the interview process, the officials caught the fake examinees and later informed the local police to take further action, said sources.
