Elections 2019: ‘Mission 120’ pursuit brings Amit Shah to Odisha again!
Bhubaneswar: With ‘Mission 120’ in mind, BJP national president Amit Shah is back in Bhubaneswar to chalk out a master plan ahead of the crucial 2019 elections.
Shah will reportedly hold closed-door meetings with the representatives (two) from each panchayats across the State who have been assigned with the job of looking after the affairs of the party at the grassroots level.
Shah will also discuss the party affairs in Odisha with the core team of the state unit to review the wining prospects of several party leaders. The center point of all the discussion with party leaders will be on a 19-point agenda ahead of the 2019 general elections in Odisha, sources said.
Earlier, the BJP president had stated that the party’s ‘Golden Period’ will not come till it forms government in Odisha and West Bengal.
The visit of Shah is also seen as the first exercise towards selection of the party candidates for the upcoming poll.

Earlier Shah arrived in Bhubaneswar to a rousing reception this morning. Several senior party leaders, with Union Ministers Dharmendra Pradhan and Jual Oram received Shah at the airport.
