Bhubaneswar: In view of safety related modernization work between Wadsinge and Bhalwani Stations in Solapur-Wadi Railway Section in Central Railway jurisdiction for commissioning of double line, a few East Coast Railway (ECoR) bound trains will be cancelled, partially cancelled and diverted.

As per a release of the Railways, below is the list of trains cancelled, partially-cancelled and diverted.

CANCELLATION OF TRAINS:

22881/22882 Pune-Bhubaneswar-Pune Express from Pune on August 22 and from Bhubaneswar on August 20, 2019 will remain cancelled.

PARTIAL CANCELLATION OF TRAINS:

18520/18519 LTT (Mumbai)-Visakhapatnam-LTT Express from LTT from August 16-24 and from Visakhapatnam from August 18-26, 2019 will run between Visakhapatnam and Solapur and remain cancelled between Solapur and LTT from both the directions.

DIVERSION OF TRAINS:

11019/11020 CSMT (Mumbai)-Bhubaneswar-CSMT Konark Express from Mumbai from August 17-23 and from Bhubaneswar from August 16-22, 2019 will run on diverted route via Manmad-Aurangabad-Lachmipur-Parli Vaijnath-Vikarabad from both the directions.

EcoR futher stated that it is yet to get the complete information about the resumption of traffic in Pune-Mumbai route as in most of the places, train lines are affected due to heavy rain causing flood situation and overflowing of rain water on railway tracks.

In view of this, it has been decided to run Konark Express on diverted route.

Apart from this, it has been decided to run 12861/12721 Visakhapatnam-LTT-Visakhapatnam/Hyderabad-Nizamuddin Link Express via Faridabad New Town bypassing Ballabhgarh from August 31 to September 6, 2019.
