Dense fog engulfs Bhubaneswar, disrupts traffic as visibility drops during early hours

Dense fog enveloped Bhubaneswar early Monday morning, disrupting normal life across the city as visibility dropped sharply in several areas.

A thick blanket of fog covered major roads, residential localities, and highways, significantly reducing visibility and affecting daily activities. The city skyline remained obscured for hours, with many areas appearing shrouded in what looked like white smoke.

Traffic Movement Affected

The heavy fog led to traffic disruptions, particularly along the national highway and other key arterial roads. Vehicles were seen moving at a slow pace as drivers navigated through poor visibility conditions. Commuters faced inconvenience during the early morning rush, with traffic flow slowing considerably in several parts of the city.
