Cuttack/ Bhubaneswar: Dense fog blanketed most parts of twin city of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar, affecting normal life and throwing vehicular traffic out of gear today.  Road commuters had a tough time due to poor visibility conditions. Particularly school students as well as office goers faced difficulties due to bad weather condition today.

“Usually, it takes me 30 minutes to reach my office today it took me more than one hour. Due to poor visibility, motorists had to be extra cautious while driving," said Sanjiv, a resident of Cuttack.
