Rayagada: Naxal sympathiser Mili Panda, wife of top Maoist leader Sabyasachi Panda has to wait for some more time to come out of jail as a local court today adjourned the hearing of her bail plea to another day. Mili who faces charges for her involvement in an encounter inside the Kutinguda forests under Gudari police limits was produced amid tight security in the court today. The incident had taken place in 2003 and the Gudari police had brought her on remand from the Jharpada jail in the state capital. Mili is presntly lodged in the Gunpur jail.

The Gunpur ADSJ court had on October 25 rejected the bail plea of Mili Panda. Then Mili had filed her bail application in the additional district sessions judge court here which had fixed today to hear her plea.
