Bhubaneswar: The twin-city Commissionerate Police is yet to track Cuttack-based businessman Vishal Sundarka, who mysteriously went missing in Puri around a week ago. Police have found no clues over the reason behind his disappearance and is investigating whether he had any business or family disputes, illicit relationship or there was a conspiracy.

Though police suspect Vishal to have boarded Jagannath Express in Puri for Howrah on March 5, it has found no clues to establish the fact, sources said.

Meanwhile, police have retrieved his call records of past six months and are investigating the same for possible clues. Vishal’s most-frequent and long duration calls are being analysed, sources added.

Police Commissioner Satyajit Mohanty said “There is a possibility that he has been kidnapped before boarding the train. We have collected his call details for the last six months and taking the help of his family members to track any unknown numbers which might give us some possible clues. Police are taking all possible steps to find him.”

Businessman Vishal went missing on March 5. His car and mobile were found near Puri sea beach a day after.
