Bhubaneswar: Amid row over setting up of the campus of proposed Indian Institute of Management (IIM) at Sambalpur, the Human Resource Development (HRD) ministry has again send a letter to the State government asking it to submit its report on five aspects by June 5.

The aspects on which the Union ministry has in its letter asked the State to submit a detailed report include availability of necessary infrastructural facilities in Sambalpur, presence of reputed business organisations in the city or its nearby areas and any major industries located near it.

Besides, it has also asked the State government to provide the economic condition of Sambalpur and job opportunities available in the city for the family members of the IIM officials.

Meanwhile, Technical Education and Training minister Sanjay Das Burma has said that his department will submit its report on these aspects to the Centre by June 5.

Earlier on May 23, the HRD ministry had written a letter to the State government asking it to finalise the site to establish the premiere business school, so that admissions for 2015-16 academic year can be commenced.
