According to official sources, the Excise Department had received a tip-off regarding a consignment of illicit liquor being transported through the area. Acting swiftly on the information, a team led by Kamakhyanagar Excise Deputy Superintendent Sawan Bhol set up a trap near Mukhtapashi on National Highway-53.
