Nayagarh: Three youths including two attackers were injured in a series of bomb blast at three different places in Nayagarh district late Sunday night.

One among the injured identified as Rajkishore Sahu has been admitted to a hospital in Bhubaneswar. The other two, Balia Panda of Belaghuntha area and Ramachandra Hota, who allegedly hurled the three bombs were arrested by the police after preliminary treatment.

According to sources, an unidentified man of Kumanda area had threatened Balia over phone following which the latter along with Ramachandra and another associate had come to trace the unknown person in Kumanda. However after searching the entire day, they could not trace the man.

Enraged over it, the trio indiscriminately started hurling bombs on roads in Odagaon, Ranganipatana and Kumunda area in the district injuring Rajkishore, who was passing by the spot at that time. Balia and Ramachandra also sustained injuries while throwing the explosives.

Meanwhile, police is interrogating the two after arresting them to elicit more information from them.
