Students Voice Anger, Threaten to Escalate Stir

Expressing disappointment over the lack of government response, protesting students said repeated attempts to engage with officials had yielded no concrete outcome.

One student said, “We met government authorities several times expecting the new government would resolve our issues, but nothing has happened. If our demands are ignored, we will intensify the protest and march to the capital.”

Another student highlighted the crunch in available positions, saying, “There are only 100 posts, but the number of students is far higher. Seniors who are still unemployed are also competing for these posts. The government must either increase the number of posts or stop new admissions.”

A third student added, “We have been protesting for many days, but the government has not responded. Without adequate posts, many of us will be left unemployed after studying for five-and-a-half years.”
