The decision follows reports that both pro-industry and anti-industry groups had planned to organise the ‘Jatadhara Bali Yatra Mahotsav’ on the occasion of Panchuka during the Kartika month. The event was proposed to be held at the Boskalis Point seashore, near the site of the proposed JSW project.

This simultaneous plan by opposing groups has created a controversial situation in the area, prompting the administration to take preventive measures.
