BJP leader Krushna Jagdev's vehicle vandalised

Puri: Krushna Jagdev, a senior BJP leader of Satyabadi Assembly constituency in Puri has alleged that some miscreants attacked and vandalized his car today.

Jagdev has raised allegations that some people believed to be supporters of BJD attacked him and broke his car’s window glasses while he was going to look into a protest incident against one of his party agents during polling at Dochhian booth.The saffron party leader has also raised allegations of rigging inside the booth.

As per reports, local BJD MLA candidate Umakanta Samantaray resisted a BJP agent from entering Dochhian booth in Kanasa block of the Assembly segment during third phase elections today.

After receiving the information, Jagdev was on his way to protest the misconduct in the booth, when he was attacked.

However, reactions from the BJD candidate Umakanta Samantaray in connection with the incident could not be obtained.
