Kendrapara: BJD’s candidate from Bhubaneswar Lok Sabha constituency Arup Patnaik was accused of misutilising government machinery in Odisha elections 2019.

BJP’s Kendrapara Assembly constituency candidate Sunakar Behera has alleged that the BJD candidate organised a meeting of Biju Yuva Vahini members at a hotel in Kendrapara on Wednesday night. Patnaik has tried to utilise Biju Yuva Vahini which is a government organisation for electioneering, alleged Behera.

“The BJD’s MP candidate had held a meeting with members of Biju Yuva Vahini to utilise for electioneering which is a clear misuse of government machinery. We appeal the Election Commission of India to take stringent action in this connection,” said Behera.
