Bhubaneswar: With a view to clearing additional rush of passengers during Puja Holidays, Ministry of Railways is running Special Trains towards different destinations from and through East Coast Railway jurisdiction by creating additional berths.
These trains are Puri-Santragachhi (Howrah)-Puri Special, Puri-Shalimar (Howrah)-Puri Special, Bhubaneswar-Secunderabad-Bhubaneswar Special, Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam Special, Visakhapatnam-Tirupati-Visakhapatnam Special, Kacheguda-Tata-Kacheguda Special, Sealdah-Puri-Sealdah Special and Santragachhi-Chennai-Santragachhi Special.
These apart, a number of Special Trains have been planned to ply between different destinations of the country through East Coast Railway jurisdiction during this Puja season and will also create more berths from ECoR.
Important regular trains have been planned to be augmented with additional coaches during the period by creating additional berths.
PURI-SANTRAGACHHI (HOWRAH)-PURI SPECIAL:
Train No. 08403/08404 Puri-Santragachhi-Puri Special Fare Train from Puri will leave at 9:25 PM every Friday between October 4 to December 27, 2019 and from Santragachhi it will leave at 7:10PM every Saturday between October 5 to December 28, 2019.
PURI-SHALIMAR/SANTRAGACHHI (HOWRAH)-PURI SPECIAL:
Train No. 08037/08038 Shalimar-Puri-Shalimar Special Fare Train from Shalimar will leave at 11:55 PM every Friday between October 4 to December 27, 2019 and from Puri it will leave at 11:55 PM every Saturday between October 5 to December 28, 2019.
SANTRAGACHHI-CHENNAI-SANTRAGACHHI SPECIAL:
Train No. 02841/02842 Santragachhi-Chennai-Santragachhi Special from Santragachhi will leave at 12:40PM every Friday between October 4 to December 27, 2019 and from Chennai will leave at 6:20 PM every Saturday between October 5 to December 28, 2019.
BHUBANESWAR-SECUNDERABAD-BHUBANESWAR AC SPECIAL:
Train No. 08407/08408 Bhubaneswar-Secunderabad-Bhubaneswar AC Special from Bhubaneswar will leave at 1:20PM every Thursday between October 3 to December 26, 2019 and from Secunderabad it will leave at 9:30PM every Friday between October 4 to December 27, 2019.
KACHEGUDA-TATA-KACHIEUDA SPECIAL:
Train No. 07438/07439 Kacheguda-Tata-Kacheguda Special from Kacheguda will leave at 1 PM every Monday between October 7 to December 30, 2019 and from Tata it will leave at 11:50 PM every Tuesday between October 8 to December 31, 2019.
SECUNDERABAD-BHUBANESWAR-SECUNDERABAD BI-WEEKLY SPECIAL:
Train No. 02784/02783 Secunderabad-Bhubaneswar-Secunderabad bi-weekly Special from Secunderabad will leave at 12:40PM every Wednesday & Saturday between October 2 to November 30, 2019 and from Bhubaneswar it will leave at 6PM every Thursday & Sunday between October 3 to November 30, 2019.
VISAKHAPATNAM-SECUNDERABAD-VISAKHAPATNAM SPECIAL FARE:
Train No. 08501/08502 Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam Special from Visakhapatnam will leave at 11 PM every Tuesday between October 1 to December 31, 2019 and from Secunderabad it will leave at 4:30 PM every Wednesday between October 2 to December 25, 2019.
VISAKHAPATNAM-TIRUPATI-VISAKHAPATNAM SPECIAL FARE:
Train No. 08573/08574 Visakhapatnam-Tirupati-Visakhapatnam Special from Visakhapatnam will leave at 10:55PM every Monday between October 7 to December 30, 2019 and from Tirupati it will leave at 3:30 PM every Tuesday between October 8 to December 31, 2019.
SAMBALPUR-BANASWADI (BANGALORE)-SAMBALPUR SPECIAL FARE:
Train No. 08301/08302 Sambalpur-Banaswadi-Sambalpur Special Fare Train from Sambalpur will leave at 9:35AM every Wednesday from October 2 to December 25, 2019 and from Banaswadi it will leave at 11:30PM every Thursday between October 3 to December 26, 2019.
KACHEGUDA-SRIKAKULAM-KACHEGUDA SPECIAL:
Train No. 07148/07147 Kacheguda-Srikakulam-Kacheguda Special from Kacheguda will leave at 6:45PM every Sunday from October 6 to December 29, 2019 and from Srikakulam it will leave at 5:15PM every Monday from October 7 to December 30, 2019.
KACHEGUDA-SRIKAKULAM-TIRUPATI SPECIAL:
Train No. 07016/07479 Kacheguda-Srikakulam-Tirupati Special from Kacheguda will leave at 6:45 PM every Tuesday from October 1 to December 31, 2019 and from Srikakulam it will leave at 4:30 PM every Wednesday from October 2 to January 1, 2020.
HABIBGANJ (Bhopal)-PURI-HABIBGANJ SPECIAL:
Train No. 01661/01662 Habibganj-Puri-Habibganj Special from Habibganj will leave at 7:20AM every Tuesday and from Puri it will leave at 3PM every Wednesday up to October 30, 2019.
SEALDAH-PURI-SEALDAH AC SPECIAL:
Train No. 03101/03102 Sealdah-Puri-Sealdah AC Special train from Sealdah will leave at 11:50PM on October 5, 2019 and from Puri at 2PM on October 6, 2019.
